I will be putting a link right here soon so everyone can book there room on line if they want. You will need to reserve your rooms early, this place is huge and stays packed out.
It is 2200 acres and has fishing, skeet, golf and about anything else you can name.

Bench Press for Reps. 50.00
15.00 late fee after Feb.1. so try to get entries in early if possible.
Must be a SPF Member to lift, if not already,
membership is 30.00 adults, 20.00 teenage per year.
All Lifters must wear Singlets, ALL LIFTERS in ALL EVENTS in ALL SPF MEETS. Can not compete without them.
