Saturday, October 19 – Morning Weigh In 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 am.
Weigh Ins will be conducted at CrossFit High Bar
Registration:
Registration deadline is September 28, 2024, with a cap of 65 lifters.
There will be a $25 late fee after the deadline date!
*This will allow for at least 3 flights of lifting.
Sanction:
This event will be fully sanctioned by the Southern Powerlifting Federation (SPF).
All lifters will need to become SPF members and must have a one-piece lifting suit for all lifts.
Lifters may purchase their SPF Membership Cards at weigh-ins – before Meet Day!
Adults – $30.00 / Teenage – $20.00

Awards:
Open: 1st – 3rd place in each Bodyweight Category
Pre-Teen 12 and under
Teenage 13-15, 16-17, 18-19: 1st – 3rd place in each Bodyweight Category and Age Category
Junior 20-23: 1st – 3rd place in each Bodyweight Category and Age Category
Open: 1st – 3rd place in each Bodyweight Category and Age Category
Submaster 33-39: 1st – 3rd place in each Bodyweight Category
Master 40-44, 45-49, etc.: 1st – 3rd place in each Bodyweight Category and Age Category.
Grand Master 80 and up: 1st – 3rd place in each Bodyweight Category and Age Category.
Best Lifter Awards will be given in classes based on the content of the entries.
Team Awards will be given based on number of entries for each Team.
